This is an official ISO straight from Microsoft (not a 3rd party).
This was made to reserve the ISOs if Microsoft decides to remove them.
The language is currently English but if you want a different language, when you first boot from the ISO, you can see there is a language selection where you can change the language to your preferred one.
Make sure to post the product keys in the comments because I can't find
any.
